    Hi, i tried pretty much everything but i still get the “Sorry, but that item purchase code is invalid. Please make sure you have entered the correct purchase code”

    I bought another x theme license yesterday and i can t verify it. I did remove the space before and after the code, even try on google chrome and firefox.

    Any suggestions?

    I have the same problem. I have purchased and installed two times earlier (this year) on other websites with no problems. I bought the new license today, and when I try to verify the newly purchased license on your site to pair (API-Key) it with my domain I get the following error message: “Sorry, but that item purchase code is invalid. Please make sure you have entered the correct purchase code.” I have tried to copy the purchase code from the email, from the text-file, from your download-site and cleared all spaces before and after but with the same results….

    Hey There,

    Envato is experiencing some problems with their API to validate purchase codes. Unfortunately this is outside of our control as it’s related to their servers. We recommend you retry over the next hours, once their API is back up it will validate fine. If there is anything in the meantime I can help you with let me know.

    Hi, I am unable to validate my purchase code as well. I just purchased a licence and installed the theme. Is there some other way of doing this instead of waiting?

    Is this really the only way to get support? This is getting extremely frustrating. I have used the Themeco site now to verify the purchase code and set a site for my new licence but I still can’t get the installed theme to get past the purchase code activation. Getting ready to ask for a refund. This is ridiculous.

    Please provide us with your website address and the WordPress admin credentials and we will validate the site for you. I am looking forward helping you out with this and resolving your issue.

    Hello There,

    The given credentials is not working for us. Please double check it. For the meantime, please do the following:
    1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    I’m having the exact problem as the people above. I have followed the updated step by step guide and still, no success. Please let me know if there’s still an issue?

    Kindly post a new thread and provide us with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Envato purchase code

    I purchased the X theme and am experiencing the same issue validating it. I have a new install of wordpress. I contacted (Envato Market Help) regarding this and said it was a problem on your side… here is their mail.

    I checked your account and confirmed that your purchase code is being detected by the system and it is valid, however, it seems that the API integration tool of the author is having an issue. As much as I personally would love to help you with this, I am unable to do so given that we do not have access to the website database of the author. 🙁 I would recommend for you to try reaching out to them so they can further assist you with your request.
