    I tried to upgrade to the new version of X and it said I needed to validate my product. So I went to my account and copied the purchase code but when I tried to validate it it said “no site URL provided”. So I deleted the site url and when I tried to add it back in, it wouldn’t accept it. I press enter and nothing happens.

    I will send login in separately.
