    Hello,

    I just purchased a 2nd X license, but I’m unable to validate it in my WordPress dashboard. Every time I try to insert the Envato purchase code I receive the following error: “Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.” When I click on “Details” nothing happens.

    I’ve added the 2nd license to my account here on ThemeCo (and assigned it a URL) but I can’t seem to validate it on my WordPress dashboard.

    Any help? I will respond with a private reply including all my login credentials.

    Hi Jeff,

    Can you please also provide us your Themeco Credentials (From the forum here)

    But just before it please give it a last try following this instructions, if doesn’t work, provide us your credentials as requested and we will take care of it.

    1] Please login to your account and assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.omgclassic.com/.

    2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Hey there,

    I’m sorry you were having issues with this. X and Cornerstone share some code for the validator, and a bug in Cornerstone 1.2.3 was interfering. I updated Cornerstone manually and your site validated just fine afterwards.
