    Hi,

    I am trying to validate my dev site which is on a sub domain of my production site.

    When I click on the ‘Add Development Environment’ and type in the URL, nothing happens when I press Enter.

    Did you place your purchase code in X Addons home? See the attachment.

    Hi,

    Yes I placed the purchase code there for my main site and when I tried it for my dev site I got the message “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”

    You did not add a development site to your licenses. Can you provide me with the url of your development site so I can add it for you. Thanks!

    I tried but when I press Enter nothing happens.

    Hello There,

    Are you using Safari Browser when assigning the development site to your license? Please try to use Chrome or Firefox. The license page doesn’t work well in Safari.

    Please let us know how it goes.
