    I get this on one of my customers websites…

    Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.

    This is very strange since I manage several sites, all with X, and this site is the only one with problems…All the webpages are setup the same, so there should really be no problems.

    And, it also says on the my “manage license” site that you can add the url and press enter…this is not working!

    Thanks for writing in: Can you reply with the following details in a private reply please?

    -Purchase Code
    -URL of the site
    -WP Admin login details to the site (to test validation).
    -Browser your using, when you hit enter and it’s not working.
