    Dear X Users,

    I recently bought the theme but unfortunately the file is too big to upload to WordPress. My max upload size is 40MB and the theme is around 80 MB.

    Can anyone help me with this problem?

    Hey Milan,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Please make sure that you’re not uploading the x-package.zip. You have to unzip the x-package.zip and inside there is a file called x.zip that’s the one you have to upload.

    Let us know how it goes!

    Hey thank you for the super fast reply! Ok I did that but I still received an error message. Please see attached file. I uploaded the X.Zip which is around 5.8 MG big.

    How can I solve this?

    Hi There,

    In this case, you can install X theme via FTP.

    Please take a look at this topic: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/update-and-install-x-theme/#post-106562.
