Hi Guys,
I can’t edit pages with VC anymore. It just loads forever…
Further I can’t update X (Version 4.4.4), Cornerstone, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer. It says I need to Validate X Theme but then when I click the link to update it says “X is installed ~ whohoo”?
I’ve scored the knowledge base for 2 hours and tried everything and am now frustrated. What now?

Hi there,
Latest version of X is 4.4.2.
1] Please follow this link and update X manually https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/
2] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
3] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
4] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
5] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.
6] you should be able to update plugins from WP dashboard.And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
