    Hi,

    We have 2 licences and are running a test version of our live site and have tried to run the latest update and get the following error:

    An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.

    The theme says that it is validated.

    Can you please help?

    Thanks for writing in! Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    If your site is up to date and still getting this issue, please provide us login credentials in private reply, so we can take a closer look.
