    Hello,
    I’d like to revoke one of my license keys. When I click on the red “X” next to the key, it pops up an “Are you sure” window with a grey Revoke Key button. Nothing happens after clicking on the grey revoke key button. Please help.

    I’ve tried to use other browsers, clear cache etc, not working either.

    We are having the same issue… We will likely add another but at the moment we have one X license and want to transfer it from a sandbox domain to the live site. The live site is now up and running but as with enoxus, when I click the red “revoke” X and click the “revoke key” button on the “Are you sure” dialog, nada… The license is still associated to the sandbox site.

    Hi Guys,

    Sorry to hear that you have experienced this. Our developer is cooking up something cool and he forgot to test it that the coolness goes far off the chart. This shouldn’t be out yet and honestly I am not supposed to tell everyone right now but this is the only way at the moment for you guys to revoke the license. Simply go to your account https://community.theme.co/users/enter-your-username-here/licenses-beta/ (please do not forget to insert your @username) and revoke the license from that page.

    Hi Rue, the coolest thing is, it works! Something not that cool is, the revoke icon “X” is too small, and it took me seconds to find out where to click, lol (just kidding, but really, it’s too small).

    You can go to the Manage Licenses section from your Themeco account.

    I am about to try to revoke a license before moving it to another site.
    Am I right in thinking that the relevant “x” on the “Manage Licenses” page is now a grey x rather than a red x?!
