    Dear Support,

    I searched for help on removing letter shading from my buttons and came up with the following CSS code –

    .x-btn, .x-btn:hover, .button, .button:hover, [type=”submit”], [type=”submit”]:hover {
    text-shadow: none;
    }

    As directed I go in to my customiser – CSS – Custom and it comes up ‘edit global CSS’ or ‘edit global javascript’. I paste it in to edit global CSS, but nothing happens. I think it may be that the answer from your forum (and youtube video) are both 2014 and my latest version of X theme doesn’t look the same as I dont have a friendly big white box to paste it into.

    Hi Michael,

    The code should do the job if you place it on right place. You can add this under Custom > CSS in the Customizer.

    If it still doesn’t work then provide your URL and point us a button.
