    Hello!

    I’m hoping someone can help. When I am trying to preview a Revolution Slider, I am getting this error message: “Not Acceptable! An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.”

    The odd thing is that the slider works with no issue on the live site. I’m just not able to preview it when I’m editing it.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi there,

    Looks like this is sort of permission issue. You can reach to your hosting provider and ask for enabling mod security and check the other settings.

    I have reached out to my host, which is Host Gator. They informed me that the rule was placed due to an exploit in Revolution Slider and they will not white list it. This is very disappointing.
