i have a shared hosting on “Namecheap” and i already have a Domain with X theme, i loved the theme so i bought another license for another domain hosted in the same place, but when i try to install the new x theme on the other domain it wont let me isntall it, and shows the next message .

i tried to translate the message cuz im using WP in Spanish

PD: i wanna know if theres anyway to fix this. without using another host

it says that the folder already exists, but its installed on the other domain that is on the same host. i have this shared host because these are my personal sites.

Thanks for writing in! Most probably your PHP max execution time was exceeded when installing the theme, so that it already created the X theme folder inside (/wp-content/themes/). That is the reason it won’t allow to re-install your theme next time.
You can simply delete X folder which is under (/wp-content/themes/x), then ask your hosting provider to increase your PHP execution time to 300 and try re-installing your theme.
