    Hi,

    I can not install any extensions from X addons. When I click on install button, after a while a text “error encountered” is shown and after clicking on detail, there is text with “the destination folder already exists”.

    Can you please tell me what can I do? Thanks

    Hi There,

    In this case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link login to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / Password
    – FTP Account

    Don’t forget to select Set as a private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    Please connect to FTP and remove revslider folder from wp-content/plugins.
    If you need further assist, provide us with FTP credentials.

    Hello

    I have the same issue when trying to install Terms of Use and Discus. I have removed the revslider completely but it is still not working.

    Please open up a new thread and in the second post, submit your WordPress & FTP credentials by selecting the option “set as private reply”.
