    When someone tries to checkout using the credit card payment method, they go to a page with the order number but no option to enter in the credit card number. This order then comes up on the back-end order list of our website, but is pending payment. We process credit cards through Westpac Payway NET gateway, and I’ve talked to them but they can’t see any issues on their end, the orders just aren’t even getting to them, which makes sense given that people aren’t able to actually put in their credit card number. Talked to WooCommerce who think it’s a theme issue. Anyone got any ideas as to what might sort this out?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Please review your payment gateways that you are using and make sure to configure them properly. I think this is not related to theme rather your payment gateway.

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing back!

    Kindly note that rolling back the files will not rollback everything (eg. settings) that’s why it’s best if you could request whole site rollback from your hosting. But that may cost you some $.
