    I have installed the Revolution Slider from the “x addons”. For whatever reason, I cannot edit slides, see my layers, etc.

    Additionally, Revolution Slider is telling me to enter my purchase key to use premium features. I just want to edit my slides.

    Can someone tell me what to do? I thought this was bundled with X Theme. It doesn’t appear to work.

    Hi there,

    I checked and I’m able to edit your slider and its layer. Editing slider doesn’t need purchasing key, I’m not sure what you’re currently seeing. Would you mind providing a screen recording of the issues you’re getting?

    Bundled plugins don’t need purchasing keys and activation since we’ll provide the updates. But if you wish to get support and updates directly from each plugin’s author. Then you’ll need to buy another license from them. But that shouldn’t limit your editing capability.

    Thanks!

    Hello There,

    You might be experiencing a PHP memory exhaustion. I recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can add it before the line
    /*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

    And by the way, X 4.4.2 and Cornerstone 1.2.4 are now available! This release contains several bug fixes and we’re quite excited about the new features, so be sure to check out the changelog. Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

    We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.

    Thanks for the info. It ended up being a caching issue in my browser. Editing the sliders from a new browser worked.

    Thanks for the help on narrowing it down!

    Hi,

    I have the same problem with my revolution slider plugin, because I can´t get some examples to learn how to use it.

    Regards,

    Oswaldo

    Hi Oswaldo,

    You can download and install some free sliders from here: https://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/

    Hope this helps.
