Neither my mouse nor any control on https://theme.co/x/member/demo-content/ is clickable. I tried the page in Firefox, Chrome, and IE but no joy. I also made sure that none of my browser add-ons were active on your pages, i.e., nothing was inadvertently blocked.

How can I choose which demo content I’d like to tryout and download it?

Hey there,

In that case, please give us access to your WordPress admin and FTP so we could see why you can’t click anything in WordPress admin > Addons > Demo Content. The only downloadable content in https://theme.co/x/member/demo-content/ is the example pages.

If you mean x-page-templates.zip then there’s no problem. I can download that. I thought there was much more because the page had itemws that looked selectable.

Hi there – In my WordPress Admin area, I am unable to locate an Add-ons section. That being said, my client uploaded the x.zip file to the Admin, and I am VERY new to this theme. I want to dl the Integrity 1 demo and have LOTS of experience coding.

Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/x/member/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

I’m having a similar problem. I can’t find out how to get the demo content for Renew 10.

This link (https://theme.co/x/member/demo-content/) tells me to go to the Add On section in WordPress, and when I’m there, the section for demo content has a link that takes me back to that page only linking me in circles.

This is the text that I see under the add on section:

****Demo Content-Recreate your favorite looks from our demos with a few simple clicks. Demo content is available in the member center to help you achieve this in no time at all. This includes WordPress import data, homepage markup, Customizer import data, and more!****

I purchased the app and the Visual Composer.

Where can I find the content?

My WordPress and theme are updated I believe. It says version 3.0.0.

Please update your theme and bundled plugins to latest versions.

Latest versions are:

X theme v 3.2.3
Revslider Version 4.6.5
Visual Composer Version 4.3.5
X shortcodes Version 3.0.5

Then don’t forget to validate your copy.

After validating you should be able to load demo content in addons > demo content

I’m having a similar issue, except whenever I choose to install the demo content I’m met with this window that gives me no option to install the content. The only option I can select is “Nope,” which cancels me out of installing the demo content.

I’m trying to install the Church demo content. I just activated my product and updated all of the plugins and the X Theme. Is it a problem that I added the x-demo-content.xml before trying to do this?

Fortunately the problem magically resolved itself. I updated all the plugins and the theme and tried to install the demo content again, 2 days ago, with the same result. Then I returned today and tried once more before replying to you, and it worked! The demo content has been successfully installed and I’m good.
