DadparvarParticipantHi,
When I open a campaign and see the users who registered in it, there is no option to delete any one of them that I don’t want.
I see the list of registered contacts. When I click on them, it opens and shows the info of that contact. But neither in contacts list, nor in individual contact page, there is no option to let me delete them.
Any opinion on how to reach that will be appreciated.

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification (perhaps a screenshot), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.
Thanks!

DadparvarParticipantWell, let me describe it as a question:
How I can delete a contact from a campaign in convertplug? (For example, one of your co-workers asked me login info to test a modal box that I created with ConvertPlug for one of our newsletter. Then he registered 5 emails in it. Now there are 5 contacts in the campaign of my newsletter that I don’t need them. Now how to delete them?)May 12, 2016 at 9:00 pm #988957
RadModeratorHi there,
It depends on your provider. For example, in MailChimp, you can delete it within your account. Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in private reply? I like to check your current listing if that’s okay.
Thanks!

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Yes there is no way you can delete the email from your site. Please login to MailChimp and find the list. You should find the emails in one of your lists.

Hope this helps.

DadparvarParticipantBut, what is the relation between my contact list and MailChimp? I didn’t set it to be synced with MailChimp. As I don’t have any account in their site.
I want to collect emails in my own list, because we have dedicated server and also powerful script for our newsletter and we don’t need any third party service.
How it is synced with MailChimp where I never set it?May 13, 2016 at 4:22 am #989408
LelyModeratorHello There,
I did tried to login to check your settings. But then there’s no email yet on the list. See attached screenshot and please clarify where we can find those emails.

DadparvarParticipantAs I explained in private reply, go to plugins and deactivate “Parsi Date” plugin so that the ConvertPlug works as it must (then have conflict)
(because I was worrking with it, i didn’t deactivated so that you do it when you wanted to check it.) but:
Now I deactivated it. If you check it, now you see emails there.May 13, 2016 at 7:07 am #989594
JoaoModeratorHi There,
Upon Checking your setup and comparing with other websites running Convertplug, everything seems OK.
It seems like Convertplug does not offer you an option of deleting single connects.
You have to choice of either re-starting your campaign list or ignoring those first test entries when you download your list.
Hope that helps,
Joao

DadparvarParticipantOMG!
So weird that I can’t manage the list. Imagine for any reason we decide to text from time to time, or we decide to delete or edit entries for any reason. Really there is no way? Its so weird from a pro plugin as ConvertPlug.
Thanks

JoaoModeratorHi there,
I also found it a bit strange.
You might contact the plugin developer and suggest them to implement this feature.
If you would like to have this ability I would recommend you using integration with Mailchimp, specially if you are thinking about text your public from time to time, Mailchimp and other mailing list websites offer you a lot of useful feature to help you interact and manage your mailing list.
Once you have Mailchimp integrated with Convertplug you will be able to control on your Mailchimp list which users you want to keep on your list and which you want to delete, but so far it seems that you cannot do that in ConvertPlug.
I have compared your website with another two websites which I run X and Convertplug and all 3 looked exactly the same.
Let us know if you find out any information about this feature in case you contact Convertplug developers.
Thanks,
Joao
