I don’t use the visual composer when writing my pages. I prefer to just manually use the shortcodes and type text.

Anyways, starting a few days ago I noticed I can no longer change the font color of the text. Here is a screenshot:

I can still go into the text editor and do it manually but can you please fix this? Thanks!

    Hey Josh,

I’ve tested changing color on my updated test install and it works. Please try disabling third party plugins. If that doesn’t help please give us access to your WordPress admin and FTP (while all third party plugins still disabled).

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

Please switch to wordpress default theme and check if it only occurs with X or not.
Also if you have any JS codes in Customize -> Custom -> JavaScript, Delete them and check if it fix the issue.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

Thanks for updating the thread! If it is still happening on WP without having X activated, then the issue is most likely external to X. In that case, we won’t be able to support you much further as it is beyond the scope we can cover, really from there it could be anything. Thank you for understanding.

To try and point you in the right direction, it would be best to backup your site and deploy the backup to 1. another dev environment and see if the issue carries over. 2. Do a fresh install and import your content and changes, see if that fixes it.

However just to check as well on our end if we could find anything quick on our end to see if we can help we logged into your WP backend and did a test. Unfortunately, we are unable to see or replicate your issue on our end. see http://www.expeditiondocs.com/x-test/

Would you have happened to have solved your issue already? Your site is functioning properly on our end. Please update us otherwise – thanks!
