    I’m developing a X theme site and can’t get the updates for X, Cornerstone and Slider Revolution to work. I’ve re-entered the primary and development urls which hasn’t changed anything. I keep getting the message An error occurred while updating Update package not available. I’ve tried entering the url without the hhtp:// and with.

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
