Hi,

Been trying to authenticate Active Campaign so I can use ConvertPlug but no success.
I can enter the API URL and the Key but then it’s just hangs with the pulsating colored bars.

If I interrupt after 10 min and try again is hangs in the same place again.

Any advise?

Please check this https://help.formassembly.com/help/article/link/wordpress-troubleshooting

And make sure that your PHP version is upgraded no 5.6 or greater, it’s WordPress’s required version. Your site’s PHP version is currently 5.4.45

Just to say Thank You again, I would never have figured that out on my own.
I contacted my hosting provider, they upgraded PHP and now it works like a charm.
