ArtOfSpringParticipantHi there,
I was updating plugins and wordpress version. But after a few plugin updates I couldn’t access the dashboard anymore.
I’m still logged into WordPress and can modify pages with cornerstone. But I just can’t reach the dashboard.
Right now my biggest issue is to bring back the revolution slider.I deleted the plugin folder because the sliders disappeared.
I now want to reinstall the plugin within the X Add-Ons to keep all the excisting sliders.I’m a bit in a hurry cause the online shop is affected.
Thank you

NicoModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in.
First, no worries with your sliders because everything will be saved in your database. Eventhough your remove it the slider is still in your database.
Next, Please open your wp-config.php file and find the line
define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );Please change false to true in order for your site to display the error and so we know whatโs causing it.
I could also see script that has conflict. LPFrameIdentityManager
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If you could not deactivate it, try copying the plugin in your local through FTP then remove the plugin in your site.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

ArtOfSpringParticipantHi Nico,
I just changed it to “true”.
It seems like a WooCommerce Plugin is causing it.
Can I just delete the folder of the plugin?Thank you

ArtOfSpringParticipantI removed one of the WooCommerce Plugins called Authorize.net Gateway which wasn’t even used.
But now I’m getting this message on the live site:
Notice: Undefined index: WP_Widget_Recent_Comments in /mnt/webs/b3/95/54348995/htdocs/WordPress_04/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/remove.php on line 36And the shop is still not working, showing this:
Notice: Undefined index: WP_Widget_Recent_Comments in /mnt/webs/b3/95/54348995/htdocs/WordPress_04/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/remove.php on line 36 Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /mnt/webs/b3/95/54348995/htdocs/WordPress_04/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/remove.php:36) in /mnt/webs/b3/95/54348995/htdocs/WordPress_04/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1174Thank you

ArtOfSpringParticipantI deleted a few plugins to get rid of the errors showing up.
I also managed to get the latest WordPress Version.
But somehow the basic WooCommerce Plugin disappeared which means the whole shop disappeared.February 2, 2017 at 8:49 pm #1356161
ArtOfSpringParticipantI just reinstalled WoCommerce.
Seems like everything is working again.
Sorry for being so unpatient! Can you please confirm that everything is working?
Thank you
