    Hello,

    I have a website setup on Hostgator.in

    When I try to validate my x-theme License, I get an error that states
    “Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid.”

    Clicking on details shows this :
    “cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds”

    The website has the latest version of WordPress (4.7.2 ).

    Kindly advise.

    You may contact your hosting provider to reconfigure it.
