Hi
I changed my site URL so that my website would be live on a domain. Before the change my website was on a gridserver. After I changed the site address URL and WordPress Address URL none of my icons started showing on Cornerstone, my buttons, and social media links. In short, none of the icons in my site are showing. Now all the icons show up as little rectangles. Even my woocommerce icons in my dashboard of wordpress have turned into rectangles.
The support center people at Media Temple tried to help but they said it has to do with the Theme.
Please help me ASAP because I have just launched this site for my company and the icons are missing, and it is quite a big problem.***URL: http://100wordsfilmfestival.com

Thanks for writing in!
Upon checking, it looks like most of your site links are still pointing to the old URL (see: http://prntscr.com/7sma51 & http://prntscr.com/7smatv). Please make sure to update your URLs as well. Also, I’m seeing a caching plugin in your website. I’d advise you to clear it and disable during the development.
Thanks!
July 14, 2015 at 11:25 am #329996I tried linking the href to the proper links but I don’t undertand why its origin is showing up as http://100wordsfilmfestival.com.s159630.gridserver.com
What do you mean by updatng my URLs? I thought I have already done that by changing the URL in the File Manager through Media Temple
I have also deactivated the Cashing plugin. All the icons on my site and on all my pages are showing up as squares. Such as the facebook and twitter icons, not just the buttons on my front page.
Can you tell me a step by step procedure on how I can resolve this or either resolve it for me with the FTP credentials I have given?
It really would help me a lotThanks

When you migrate from one domain to another, you need to update your database URLs to new domain name instead of the old one.
This article should help you better understanding the procedure: https://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress#Changing_Your_Domain_Name_and_URLs
Thanks!
