flashgagnonParticipantHey guys,
I am trying to revoke a license key that is currently assigned to a site I no longer control, and that is not using X Theme anyway.
The steps for revoking all appear to work as designed, but nothing is happening in the end. The license is still assigned. Other people seem to be experiencing this as well.
I have used multiple browsers, cleared caches, etc etc.
I only have the one key in my account, so can you just unassign it so I can reassign? Thanks.

AndrewJParticipantHi there,
Once you have taken the steps to revoke and reassign the license, you then have to go into the new site and paste the Envato purchase code again.
This then triggers a ‘look-up’ and ‘BINGO‘, it should work.
I hope this works for you,

mrsl80ParticipantI am having the same issue on my end. I’ve clicked the ‘X’ to revoke it on the license on the old site. I then add the Envato key to the new site where it indicates it hasn’t been validated. I come back here and try to assign it, but the drop down menu says the key is used and does not allow me to assign it to the new site. Any suggestions?

flashgagnonParticipantI’m sorry, I wasn’t as clear as I could be.
After I confirm the Revoke on my account page by pressing the grey ‘Revoke Key’ button in the pop-up, nothing happens. It’s not revoking, and it’s not looking up and clearing.
