Like many people here (especially in Google search results, which there are many threads, which have been taken down from the forum….?), I cannot revoke a license from a site that I wish to transfer to a different domain name. I click the red X below the Revoke column, the page refreshes, and nothing happens.
Please advise. Thank you.
I am facing the same problem. I entered the site, then looked at the previous license I’d bought and noticed that I hadn’t needed to enter http:// As I’m planning to configure https:// shortly, I thought that this would be an advantage so pressed the cross for “Revoke”. The site did not disappear and I am unable to re-register it. On my website admin I see that it is not registered and the Dashboard => Addons => Product Validation is not visible.
