I revoked the license for nashuasportsacademy.com, but when I enter it back in for validation pressing “Enter” is not doing anything. What am I doing wrong?

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Are you using Safari? I would recommend that you use Chrome or Firefox browser. You can then do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

I followed the necessary steps and it passed the validation, but cornerstone still will not update…

Hello There,

You must update X theme first. If you are not seeing updates notifications for X, the version installed in your site may have the know bug that do not display the updates. If this is the case, you will have to update X manually. Simply download the latest X version from your dashboard (https://community.theme.co/dashboard/) or from Themeforest downloads section. You need to unzip the zip file and upload all the X theme files to your server using FTP. For further information, you can check out Manual Updates in this link: https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/

If nothing else works out for you, would you mind providing us the ftp login credentials so we can do the updates for you?
To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– FTP Hostname
– FTP Username
– FTP Password

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
