I suspect that the wp database may have some kind of a link error?

You can always try to repair your database as that may fix the issue, however these types of questions are are not due to an issue with the theme but rather something related to your customization of it. As such, you will need to investigate the issue with your host or use a service to have it looked into. Thank-you.
