    Hi Karen,

    Thanks for the heads up!

We’ve replicated the Safari issue and are working on getting that resolved, weird though on the Firefox issue, I’m not able to replicate that one, could you let me know which Firefox version you’re using please?

    Thanks!

    Hey there,

I’ve noticed as well that I can’t select and copy the purchase code in my account. I had to manually type in the code for validation. Latest version of Firefox on Windows.

    Hi guys,

Thanks for chime in! I am on iMac with OS X 10.11.4 and testing on Firefox 45.0.2 without any issue. It’s working as expected. We’ll test this further with different device. Could you try different browser for now?

    Cheers!

Just tested it with the latest version of Google Chrome on Windows 7 and I can select and copy the code there. Again, it doesn’t work for me in Firefox.

    Hi There,

Yes, I can replicate the issue on Windows 8 (Firefox v46). Let me report this to our Dev Team.

For now do the following; refresh your license page and double click the purchase code.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

I just wanted to confirm that this has been addressed. You can copy in Firefox without any issues now.
