    Hi, I think an automatic update was made to my theme and now I cant edit pages at all. I don’t want to use Cornerstone. Ive tried clicking on edit or edit with visual composer, classic or front end editor or backend editor. None of these work..
    Could you please help me?

    Also, i tried deactivating cornerstone, but it wont deactivate

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! I have tried to login, but your login credentials provided are invalid. Could you please confirm with the correct information?

    In the meantime, it seems that you have tried to Edit your pages outside Cornerstone which may lead to corrupt your pages. In that case, the best option would be to restore a recent backup so that we can check your update issue.

    Hi there,

    Provided credentials still don’t work, please check them.
    Upon checking your site, I see you need to update x, cornerstone and visual composer.

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    Hi there,

    Automatic update means plugins could be updated from WP dashboard.

    Please update VC to v4.11.2.

    MY VC is up to 4.11.2
    I have had this issue for 4 days, i still cant edit my site. I’ve updated everything.

    Hi there,

    It’s not yet updated, please check the attached screenshot. There is missing library/functionality which probably changed on WP 4.5 hence, updating to VC 4.11 is recommended.
