I installed an WordPress site on my computer locally (using MAMP). It’s currently using the Divi theme, which I’ve deleted. Now I cannot seem to activate the X-theme, probably because there’s incompatibility between the Divi and X themes. Is there a way to get around this? I’ve removed the Divi theme from the ‘wp-content’ folder, but still no luck, it keeps saying “Aw, snap! Something went wrong with this page.” Any advice would be much appreciated.

There was an upload error of the screen shot that shows that I’ve successfully added the X-theme (only that I cannot activate it).

It’s still not letting me upload the screen capture. If you’d like to see it, let me know if there’s another way I can submit this info to you (email or FTP)?

    Hi There,

You can post images here up to 500kb or upload to dropbox or similar service.

I dont think so Divi itself is conflicting with X because when you turn on X you need to turn off Divi… If there is some plugin conflict with like the Divi Builder (not sure how it works) You should be able anyway to activate X. In any case please try turning off the third party plugins just to be extra sure.

    Thanks
