    Hello, I am trying to activate the “X” theme I’ve purchased, but I am getting this error message with no details:”Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license…

    I have 2 licenses purchased. Neither are working.

    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    There are tons of 500 internal error and looks like your sites are compromised. There ar hidden codes that execute/run from your site. Example, you can find this to your site’s wp-config.php
