    I’ve done it with some of my other client themes (so when you click the responsive menu icon the Page titles that drop down are centered) but wondered how I would do with X!

    What stack are you currently using? Integrity, Icon or Renew?

    One thing you can do is going into the customer and adding

    .x-nav-collapse { text-align: center; }

    to you custom css field. This could center the menu items in the mobile collapse navigation. Tell me how it went!
