Hello

I was wondering if one can showcase specific posts above the header in Ethos as I don’t want the ‘most recent posts’ showing in all of our categories.

For a site like ours that covers house/home/family/pets/food etc…, I don’t want the ‘pregnancy’ posts showing up in the money section or dog training in our food section. We have about 70 different sections and I would like to show related posts in each of these sections. On top of that I don’t want to just show the “most recent posts” as I would like to show by id, random, by title…etc.

There is currently no option for this and it would require custom development to achieve. But, to lead you to the right direction. You will need to work on _post-carousel.php located in x\framework\views\ethos. See https://community.theme.co/kb/customization-best-practices/ to learn how to customize X. You can seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself.
