    Dear Sir/ Madam

    Please help.

    My site is not updating manually nor automatically.

    When I run the theme update I get a message:

    “An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.”

    On the Themeco site my site is assigned purchase code ending “…25f” (Envato Purchase Code) to the site http://www.l2kl.com.

    I am running version Version: 4.3.4 of Theme co. I understand 4.4.1 is available.
