I have unsuccessfully tried to important some revolution sliders templates into my X theme (4.0.3). I keep getting the following message after I load up the zipped files.
importing slider setings and data…
Error: slider_export.txt does not exist! My URL is testsite.performancecruising.com.au
Can you suggest how to fix this as the zipped file has this file in it.
Thanks
VanessaJune 28, 2015 at 8:22 am #315141Hi there,
Please unzip the file and import the file into you site.
Please check this link : https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/sliders/how-to-get-our-demo-sliders/Hope that helps.
June 28, 2015 at 8:42 pm #315497No this does not help unfortunately. I know how to import and upload sliders but it is not working with this theme. All I get is a blank screen with a 0 in the corner when I upload the the revolution template and ‘Error: slider_export.txt does not exist!’ when I try the layer slider templates.
This getting very frustrating am I am running out of time with a client yelling at me to see his site. Can you please help and let me know why this is happening.
Much appreciated
June 29, 2015 at 12:26 am #315624Hello There,
Please try to import another slider. You can download this demo slider here: http://revcdn1.themepunch.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/one-slider.zip or choose any other demo slider from here: http://revolution.themepunch.com/example-downloads/
Once you download the .zip file, please try to import it to your site. If you successfully imported the demo slider, there has to be something missing in your slider. If nothing else works, would you please provide us the url and access information of your site so we can take a closer look. This is to ensure that we can provide you with a tailored answer to your situation. Once you have provided us with your URL, we will be happy to assist you with everything.
To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / passwordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thank you.

Can you please try to increase your PHP memory limit? By default, WordPress will attempt to increase memory allocated to PHP to 40MB (code is at the beginning of /wp-includes/default-constants.php) for single site and 64MB for multisite, so the setting in wp-config.php should reflect something higher than 40MB or 64MB depending on your setup.
To increase your WP memory limit, please follow the instructions here:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
http://docs.woothemes.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.

1 and 2 concerns, Add this code in your customizer’s custom CSS:
.post-8858 .hentry { margin-top: 0em; }
X theme does not have any shortcode for testimonial. However, Several shortcodes could work nicely for testimonials especially the promo shortcode – http://theme.co/x/demo/integrity/1/shortcodes/promo/. This KB article goes through how to get started with the promo shortcode: https://theme.co/x/member/kb/shortcode-walkthrough-promo/
Really happy about your feed in CornerStone. It wil help your graphic perspective in designing improve because of the idea on how to actually develop it in site.
