    I’m attempting to update Cornerstone via WordPress. I had to re-assign our purchase code to the live domain name (previously using a temporary dev domain). However, I cannot find any API information under Licenses in my Account Dashboard. (no reference to API here either https://community.theme.co/users/stratasean/licenses/)

    Where can I generate a new API to validate our Theme X so we can use automatic updates?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! You no longer have to generate an API, you can now assign the license/purchase code directly to validate your site. Furthermore, you can now assign a live and dev site to one license. Just make sure you are on the latest versions of X and Cornerstone. If you still have issues, please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
    – Your License/purchase code for testing

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff. Thanks!
