I’d like to the use the (<!–nextpage–>) functionality of WordPress. It works fine, however, I have a content widget placed in the footer (Taboola) and the navi appears below the widget. I’d like the navi to appear at the end of the body text of the post so readers immediately know there’s additional content.

    Example: http://philhulettandfriends.com/?p=5472&preview=true

If there is an X shortcode for pagination within posts, I’d love to use that. I’m not editing with Cornerstone yet.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Phil,

Thanks for writing in! Would you let us know how we could assist you on this? There is no extra shortcode within X for this. As you are using the WordPress feature then you could utilize that by placing wherever you need. Let us know what you are facing wrong so that we can assist you.

    Cheers!

Sorry if I wasn’t clear. I simply don’t know how to move the navi.
I don’t know if you can see this page: http://philhulettandfriends.com/?p=5472&preview=true
If so, what you are looking at is one paragraph out of four. I input (<!–nextpage–>) three times to create 4 pages (3 page breaks). You can see the navi but it is below the content widget I placed in Footer 1. I want the pagination navi to appear at the end of the post text rather than where it is now, under the Footer 1 widget (below the fold for the reader).

I’d rather not remove the Footer 1 widget as it is a good source of revenue. Do you know how I can move either the pagination navi or the Footer 1 so that the navi is next to the test of the post?

    Thanks

    Phil

    Hi there,

Thanks for updating. I can login now and I understand what you are referring. Unfortunately this is something that we can’t control. Page break works in this way and it’s not a feature by X rather WordPress. I admit that what you are referring is more logical and it should be like this but there is nothing we can do with that as it can’t be controlled by us.

    Cheers!

Understood. I’ll see if there’s any way to move the content widget somehow.

    Thanks
