    Hi, I’m using essential grid with x is very cool but I was wondering if there is way to have description under or above the fancybox. I’m not talking about when hover but a static post description that can see before you hover on the fancybox.

    That is technically possible. However, that would fall beyond the scope of our support since it would require custom development.

    You can try to switch the skin. There are different way the post contents is being displayed inside the grid item. For further examples, you can check it here: http://essential.themepunch.com/#examples
