I’m trying to create a look that is similar to what you have on your Intergity Demo #1 where there are buttons on top of images (or sliders – i’m not sure how’s it done) …. Can someone explain how that is done exactly? Thanks!

see hyperlink below.

I have download the demo content and watched the tutorial but it doesn’t explain fully how to add an image behind the button in the visual composer mode. I tried to do it but it placed the image either on top or on bottom …
June 6, 2014 at 6:27 am #53257I’m trying to accomplish the same thing right now (with a slider). Note that if you’re just trying to put a button on top of an image you can create a content band and assign your image as the image background, then add a button element in visual composer. If you just want one static image this should work fine.
I’m trying to put a button on a slider, however. This is done several times through the demo content (Integrity 2 and Integrity 7 homepages for example) but because it’s part of the Slider Revolution setup it’s not part of the demo content import package. The slider video on the knowledge base discusses image & video sliders above/below the masthead with and without offsets but there’s no example that places a button in/on top of the slider.
I’ve also read through the Slider Revolution documentation but the only button functionality they talk about is the ‘add button’ option when creating text layers, and that doesn’t appear to allow me the match the look of say a jumbo button that I would create in X. I tried replacing their button class ‘tp-button blue small’ with ‘tp-button blue large’ and it had no effect.
June 6, 2014 at 8:25 pm #53483Hi Justin,
Could you provide a url address that you’re referring to? You could always add button layer (with X shortcode button) at your slide and that is done many times by different user. If you’re referring to create a background out of slider which play behind the container with a button, then that would be complex and we can’t help you with that.
Let us know.
