    Rad,
    Hello,

    Actually my remark was silly.

    On a computer when I hover with my mouse over the button then appears a popover because this is the type of button I have set up. I just need to click the button only one time in order to open the contact form.

    On a smartphone I can’t use a mouse so the first tap on the button opens the popover because this is the type of button I have set up and then the second tap opens the contact form.

    Everything is fine!

    I’d like to say thank you guys. The beginning of this support request has been chaotic but in the end “you and Joao” have been awesome!

    Regards,
    Oxley

    Hello!

    OK, so I actually have the same exact problem as Oxley and I did just as he did as he posted #1044204.

    The link in the footer works. BUT the contact form modal keeps popping up when I scroll to the bottom of the page, on the computer and in mobile.

    I’ve checked all the smart launch options in the contact form modal and made sure its all set as no.

    It’s only set as manual display with a CSS class name which is set in the footer menu.

    I’ve tested it and it’s clashing with another popup modal I have. I have the other one set to launch after scroll to a class, which I put named in cornerstone with a raw element. If this is set as yes, not only does this popup but the contact form pops up as well when the page scrolls to that class section. If this is no, then the contact form works only when the link is clicked in the footer. but then the popup wont launch with the after scroll to class.

    i have set a specific class name for the smart launch after scroll for the popup modal and NOT the contact form.

    i need the popup to be triggered with the scroll to a class.

    AND i need the contact form to be only triggered when the link in the footer is clicked.

    can’t i have both work at the same time?

    OR the actual fix would be if the popup modal could be triggered on mobile with the smart launch before user leaves. i’ve searched in the knowledge base for this and there’s no answer. then i wouldnt need the after scroll to class for the popup and the contact form link modal would just work fine.

    thank you!!!!

    Hi There,

    Thank you for the credentials. I did check your site and yes, you do have 2 popups. The 10 Tips Fullscreen and the Contact popup. Can you clarify how we can duplicate the clashing of those popups? Contact popup is working as expected when I click the Contact link on the footer and then the other after scroll?

    just want to appreciate this bit of code from Oxley and Christopher, you SOLVED my problem with getting a secure contact form to pop up inside a widget (www.tellasia.org left footer widget). THANK YOU!

    The triumphant code snippet that solved the problem was this:
    data-type="inline">

    complete solution:

    <div id="my-content" style="display: none;">
        [si-contact-form form='3']
    </div>

    <div class=" x-btn-regular ">
      <a href="#my-content" class="x-btn x-btn-red x-btn-real x-btn-rounded x-btn-small lightbox-selector" data-type="inline">Contact Us </a>
    </div>

    [lightbox selector=".lightbox-selector"]

    THANKS AGAIN!
