    I just install my x theme in my new Web, and try to setup a Demo content, but the option only display”Expanded Demos and Standard Demos” and does not click, in Extensions, I try to install Plugins, the Button does not click either
    please help

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in and sorry you are having this experience. This is not a usual occurrence so we would like to check your site and see what could be causing the issue. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for updating the thread! Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    Our latest versions are:
    X Theme: 4.4.2
    Cornerstone: 1.2.4

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    Did you have validated X? If you haven’t validated yet, please do the following:
    1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Please let us know how it goes.
