Hi,

We experience a certain bug with the default lightbox.

Wen you click on image (link to lightbox), the default lightbox of the system open with what we want. But, if you touch nothing and click outside the image or the top left corner X its close. But if you open it again and use mouse weel first, we becaume stock in the light box. the x or click outside the image doesnt close the lightbox. We must reload the browser. Any idea on this bug?

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! It’s too early to label something as “bug” as you might face some conflict that might cause this. There is no such bug on Lightbox.

I have tested your site and it’s working fine as expected. I can’t replicate what you have mentioned above.

So let me know what you are facing and before that try from a different browser as well.

Hi thanks for the reply but you must do one step more:

Open the light box, use your mouse weel (between the left and right btn) to make the page behind the lightbox to scroll. then try to close the light box.

Upon checking you site, I see you’re using an old version of theme. Please update X theme and Cornerstone plugin to the latest version. You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
