It says something about old disqus comments but im not sure what it means?

Thanks for writing in! What you are seeing is a PHP warning. You can get rid of this message by disabling the WP_DEBUG mode. You can do this by opening
wp-config.phpand adding
define( 'WP_DEBUG' , false );just above/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */For example:
define('WP_DEBUG', false); /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */When you revisit the page, you should no longer see this message.

The configuration file of your WordPress script is located in the WordPress installation directory and its name is: wp-config.php.
