cneverParticipantHi
My “image” radio button has gone missing, maybe I have done something but I don’t think so.
If I duplicate a post that has that option visible it works but creating a new blog post does not have this option.thanks

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Hope it helps.

cneverParticipantHi There
The plugin that cause the problems are “grids” which is something x supports isn’t?
I will look around if there is something I am missing.
Thanks

ChristianModeratorI tried adding a new post and the image format is there (see attachment). Please clear all caches including your browser history and check again.
Thanks.

cneverParticipantHi
Yes its working cause I disabled the grid to be active on posts (in global settings for the grid). So the grid plugin is causing it.
Is this normal behaviour?
Thanks

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating. Grid is supported by X and it shouldn’t interfere with X. But when Grid is active, you can’t select the post format to image. This is something not related with X rather the plugin feature.
Cheers!
