    Hi!

I’m having a problem with my xtheme blog.

Vertical photos show up correctly on desktops but turn horizontal on mobile.

Here’s an example of a page.

Can anyone help with this problem?

    Thank you!

    Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! We could not replicate the issue from our end. Could please send us a screenshot so that we could have an idea of what you are experiencing right now? And by the way, X 4.4.1 and Cornerstone 1.2.2 are now available! This release contains several bug fixes and we’re quite excited about the new features, so be sure to check out the changelog. Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Thank you.

I get this error when I try to update:

“An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.”

Do you know why this might happen?

I figured out the updating issue. I needed to update my purchase code after moving over to the main domain from a development site.

I’m attaching the blog photo screenshots for you.

    Hello There,

Thanks for providing the screenshots. Upon checking your images, it turns out that they have been taken in a portrait mode somehow. Please check out these images:

I would suggest that you edit the photos in a photo editor and rotate it to the correct position. Save your changes in your images and re upload it again to your WordPress media library. You may also need to edit that page and insert the updated images to resolve this issue.

Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.

    Thank you.

The photos looked fine in the photo editor. I just re-uploaded them, and they worked. So strange.

    I appreciate your help.
