Hi there, I am working on my new site and I’ve created a custom blog header to make it match the other pages. It worked well until I imported all of the blogs from my old site. Now the header is completely missing. Could you please let me know why this would happen or how I can fix it? The page title is enabled in page settings, and the page is set to ‘display posts’. Not sure what happened.
Thank you

In this case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link login to your site
– WordPress Admin username / PasswordDon’t forget to select Set as a private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks.

Thanks for writing back. Perhaps you were using a different stack earlier or your Child Code is overwriting something. You can switch to X from Child Theme and check again.
December 12, 2016 at 12:59 pm #1290310Hi again,
Switching to the X theme did not bring back the header. I’ve been on the renew stack the entire time. My custom code is entered into customizer.
December 12, 2016 at 1:10 pm #1290334Hmmm.. Seems to be fixed. I created a second blog page and assigned it as post page and the header landmark reappeared. Maybe it was the export settings did affect the blog page? I’m not too familiar with how they work, I thought it was just importing the posts.
