December 31, 2015 at 7:25 pm #727219Hi there,
No, you don’t need to delete your WordPress. You just need to install another WordPress in a sub-folder of the same setup so we could do troubleshooting on it. So your live site won’t get affected during that process.
I’m also guessing it’s related to your existing setup, which we can confirm if you install fresh one with the same setup.
Thanks!

January 1, 2016 at 1:59 pm #727764Hi there,
Like how you install your site’s WordPress 🙂 , though, if you installed it through hosting panel then skip that. Please check this https://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress
You should contact a developer that could help you troubleshooting this issue, I am certain that this issue is only specific to your current site and no relation to theme or plugin. It’s more likely related to permalink issue.
Thanks for understanding.

January 1, 2016 at 4:43 pm #727930Hi there,
In that case, could you install a fresh WordPress on a sub-directory the same you did on your main site? Then transfer your theme, plugins, and content to that freshly installed then check if this issue still occurs.
Thanks!
