krealinersParticipantHi, I’have update from 4.3.4 tu 4.4.1 and now my site is a blank page and nothing else.

I have followed all your recommendations about manual update, try and try several times, but nothing has changed.
I have activated wp-debug and you can see the result attached to this post.
How can I resolve?
I have a child theme and I have a customization file to upload.

krealinersParticipantI have reset de customization and now the site works. If I try to import my customization json the result is a blank page and the errors reported above.
I have need to restore my customization, how can I do?

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Thanks for updating the thread! Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
Our latest versions are:
X Theme: 4.4.1
Cornerstone: 1.2.3
Visual Composer: 4.11.1You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Please let us know how it goes.

I have these versions installed:
X Theme: 4.4.1
Cornerstone: 1.2.3
Visual Composer: 4.11.1i.e. the latest, you can check on your own. I’ve tried again to load my customization json, but I received always a blank page.
Wp-debug shows always the same errors.
Can you help me, please?

Do you have a specific page that has this issue? Or should I import your customizer’s JSON file too? Please provide your JSON files and I’ll check that both on my installation before importing to your site. But please backup your site first.

Was the issue already been address? I’m not seeing any error on your site, and I can’t import your json file because it is corrupted. Most (if not all) configuration of that file is gone. Please confirm.

Thanks for writing back, after checking your .json file, unfortunately I can confirm it’s corrupt and doesn’t contain any of your edits you had within the customizer.
Do you perhaps have a full backup of the site that you can restore and then proceed to do the update?
