Hi there, my site is: http://www.iqwareinc.com.
I’ve run into a problem with this simple translate widget and am wondering if you could help. I’ve tried the plugins Bing Translate and Google Translate, and they both convert easily to widget and shortcodes. The only problem is, when I try both of those options, nothing appears on the page. It’s just blank. And the plugins are activated. Not only that, but we actually had the Bing Translate plugin set up a couple months back and it worked fine.
I also tried using this Bing code in the header (One they provide for manually installing the widget): <div id=’MicrosoftTranslatorWidget’ class=’Light’ style=’color:white;background-color:#555555′></div><script type=’text/javascript’>setTimeout(function(){{var s=document.createElement(‘script’);s.type=’text/javascript’;s.charset=’UTF-8′;s.src=((location && location.href && location.href.indexOf(‘https’) == 0)?’https://ssl.microsofttranslator.com’:’http://www.microsofttranslator.com’)+’/ajax/v3/WidgetV3.ashx?siteData=ueOIGRSKkd965FeEGM5JtQ**&ctf=False&ui=true&settings=Manual&from=en’;var p=document.getElementsByTagName(‘head’)[0]||document.documentElement;p.insertBefore(s,p.firstChild); }},0);</script>
And it worked, so I styled it, and then as soon as I save it disappears. So I have no clue what is going on, but I feel something is blocking these translate plugins from showing up? Any chance you can help us with this? Thanks!

Would you mind providing us more information about this like which area on the site are you trying to add the translator widget?
Kindly also provide us with your admin details so that we could check your current setup.
July 5, 2016 at 5:13 pm #1073747Hi again,
If you take a look at the attached picture, you can see that it appears in the top left of the topbar. The actual code is in the <span class=”alignleft”></span> area of the header content. It only appears in customizer, but not on the live site.

Thanks for writing in!
Since its not showing up in frontend I am unable to check what’s causing the problem. In that regards would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– WordPress Admin username / password
Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks.

July 6, 2016 at 2:19 pm #1075249Okay, it seems to all be fixed now. I think what was happening is that there was a lag-time for the changes to show. Everytime I saved my customizer settings, it took about 15 minutes for them to show on the live site. Any ideas why this is happening?
