Hello,
First of all thank you very much for developing this awesome theme, I absolutely love it!
I seem to have a problem with a new page I’m building, which should redirect to the index of the bbPress forums I have set up.
I tried to create a page that shows the index by using the shortcode [bbp-forum-index], this worked for a while (about 30 minutes) but now all I see is a string of text.
I am very new to creating websites so I’m unsure if I messed something up while creating the forums and topics.I hope you can help me with this.
Kind regards,

Wordpress: 3.8.1February 17, 2014 at 8:38 am #15126Hey Coen,
Thanks for writing in and your kind words.
We love to help you but unfortunately, we don’t have support for third party plugins.
If you want, you could give us access to your website and we’ll look into the problem as soon as possible and get back to you.
Thanks.

Where are you using this shortcode exactly? I tried clicking on the link “To The Forums,” but this appears to take me to another theme or installation. Additionally, I tried logging in with the credentials provided above but they did not work. If you could provide us with some more information on all of this we will be happy to look into things for you.
Thanks!

Please bear with us for a moment.

February 18, 2014 at 3:52 pm #15679Hi,
I am having the same problem. I installed bbPress and the forum root page is just a long string of plain text detailing all your forums & forum topics.
When I changed the theme back to the default WP theme, the forums were laid out correctly.
Seem X theme and bbPress don’t integrate well 🙁 Any luck on a fix for this ?
This support forum seems to be using bbPress though (i think) ? How does it work on your x theme ?
Cheers,
NicFebruary 19, 2014 at 1:34 am #15753Hey,
we do not support bbPress and therefore can’t provide support for 3rd party plugins we do not support. We have plans to add support for bbPress in the future but till then we are very sorry and hope you can understand that we can’t provide support for one 3rd party theme we do not support because then we would have to support them all since we are treating our customers equally.
February 19, 2014 at 5:49 am #15869If the X theme does not support bbPress, could I ask what forum plugin you are using here ? I really need to get a forum going for my client and cant go and buy another theme after already paying for X.
February 19, 2014 at 5:52 am #15871It seems to me that this forum is build on bbPress on your WordPress install with the X theme ?
